## Questions

### Is Scholr free?

Yes. Grades, your schedule, your student ID, category weight overrides, scanning a hall pass and your unweighted GPA are all free. Scholr Elite is an optional $9.99 a year upgrade that adds Calc Mode, the full GPA calculator, grade alerts that arrive with the app closed, the auto-flex scheduler, saved hall passes and your ID in Apple Wallet.

### Does Scholr replace my school's grade system?

No. Scholr signs in to the system your school already runs, using your own account, and shows you your own records in one place. Your school still owns the gradebook, and the official grade is always the one your school has.

### Which platforms does Scholr work with?

Whatever your school runs on. You pick your school when you first open Scholr, and it handles the rest, so the real question is whether your school is in the list yet. If it isn't, ask for it on Discord or by email and we'll work on adding it.

### Is my login safe?

Your school login stays in your device's Keychain. We send data to our servers only for features you turn on, and the Privacy Policy lists every one of them. We do not sell your information and there are no ad trackers in Scholr.

### Which schools work?

Scholr is rolling out to more schools all the time. Don't see yours? Request it on Discord or by email and we'll work on bringing it.

### What do I need to sign in?

The school account you already have. Most districts use their Google sign-in. There is no separate Scholr account to create and no new password to remember.

### How do grade alerts work?

Turn them on and our server checks your gradebook for you, then sends a notification when something new is graded. It arrives even if the app is closed. Grade alerts are part of Scholr Elite.

### Are teacher reviews moderated?

Yes. Every rating is filtered for slurs before it posts, every rating can be reported, and you can block a person so you stop seeing anything they write. We remove anything that breaks the rules, normally within 24 hours, and several reports hide a rating straight away.

### Can I delete my account?

Yes, from inside the app. Settings, then Privacy and safety, then Delete my Scholr account. It erases your ratings, your verified phone number, your grade-alert enrolment and its stored token, and everything else our server holds for you.
