These terms cover your use of the Scholr app and this website. By using Scholr you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
What Scholr is
Scholr is a tool that shows you your own school information in one place: your grades, your schedule, your student ID, and related features. You need a valid school account (such as Aeries) to use the parts that pull in your school data.
Not affiliated
Scholr is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Aeries or Eagle Software, 5Star Students, Saturn, StudentVUE, Google, Apple, your school, or your district. All product names and trademarks belong to their owners.
Using Scholr
Use Scholr for your own account and your own information. Do not try to break, overload, reverse engineer, or scrape the service, and do not use someone else’s account without their permission.
Teacher ratings
If you post a teacher rating, keep it honest and civil. No harassment, hate, threats, or knowingly false claims. We filter profanity, apply posting limits, and can remove ratings or restrict accounts that break these rules. Posting a rating requires a verified phone number. You can delete your own ratings at any time.
Your content
You are responsible for what you post. By posting a rating you let us show it to other students anonymously. We may remove content that breaks these terms or the law.
Paid features
Some features may require a paid subscription. If they do, billing is handled by Apple through the App Store under Apple’s terms. Any pricing shown on this website is for information only and may change.
No guarantees
Scholr is provided as is. The grades, schedule, and other data come from your school’s systems, and we cannot guarantee they are always accurate, complete, or available. Please do not rely on Scholr as your only source for anything that matters, such as official grades or deadlines.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Scholr and its maker are not liable for any loss or damage that results from using, or being unable to use, the app.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top, and continuing to use Scholr means you accept the update.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
